Brilliant Bathroom Lighting

3Bathroom lighting is often underrated and unappreciated, although in many cases, it can make or break the overall design of the room. There’s nothing worse than taking a beautifully designed area of your home, and washing it out with poor lighting!

The type of bathroom lighting you chose, whether it be cans, tracks, wall lights, or pendants, will help to define the style of the space- from traditional to contemporary, and everything in between. But no matter what your style or primary light source happens to be, LED lighting can add some unique and eye-catching touches. Whether you are preparing for a full bathroom remodel, or just looking to spruce up the existing layout, LED lighting is a simple, inexpensive way to add to both the design and functionality of this space.

Sink or Counter Top Lighting

bathroom sinksSince bathrooms are primarily designed around function, simple elements like sinks and counter tops have a tendency to be overlooked. But LED lighting allows you to transform these features into something spectacular. For those preparing to remodel, low profile LED lights can be combined with glass counter tops and sinks to create a stunning visual effect. LED strip lights can also be added to existing architecture by lining the edge of counter tops for a dramatic downlight effect. Inspired LED offers a variety of colors and brightness levels to enhance any décor.

Toe-Kick Lighting

bathroom3Toe-kick lighting is a great way to accent design features like floating vanities, although it can also be used to enhance the look of even the most standard bathroom cabinets. To the left is one example of our Super Bright Cool White flexible strips being used to illuminate the toe-kick of a contemporary bathroom. The lights serve to brighten up items below the floating vanity for ease of access, while also providing a handy night light for guests.  This set up is easy to add on to an existing bathroom, and can be combined with our infrared motion sensor for your convenience!

Mirror Lighting

This form of lighting is not only a great way to ensure you look your best, but it can also double as an elegant focal point of the room. This is a great way to transform the look of your bathroom without having to invest in an expensive remodel. Our Pure White LEDs offer a superior quality of light which helps to preserve the natural colors of the surroundings, perfect for bathroom mirrors! And whether you decide to go with a hardwired, or a plug-in system, Inspired LED offers a variety of dimmers which can be used to adjust the brightness level to just the right setting.
