Order Returns

At Inspired LED, we aim for customer satisfaction by providing high-quality goods and services. Our return and exchange policies ensure fair and prompt handling of all transactions. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

Return Policy


  • Eligibility: Returns accepted within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and condition and the original order/invoice number must be provided.
  • Process: Request an RMA number by emailing orders@inspiredled.com with your name, shipping address, telephone number, original order number, and reason for return.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No prepaid return labels are provided. COD packages will be rejected. The 4-digit RMA number must be clearly written on the exterior of the package.
  • Refunds: Allow 7 business days for refunds to process.
  • Restocking Fee: Custom items may incur a 10-20% restocking fee.

Exchange Policy


  • Eligibility: Exchanges accepted within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and condition and the original order/invoice number must be provided.
  • Process: Request an RMA number by emailing orders@inspiredled.com with your name, shipping address, telephone number, original order number, and items for exchange.
    • Options:
      1. Purchase replacement items first, then return unwanted items for a refund.
      2. Return unwanted items for credit towards new items.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No prepaid return labels are provided. COD packages will be rejected. The 4-digit RMA number must be clearly written on the exterior of the package.
  • Restocking Fee: Custom items may incur a 10-20% restocking fee.

Incorrect Shipment/Defective Items


  • Notification: Contact us within 90 days of delivery at orders@inspiredled.com or (480) 941-4286.
  • Inspection: Inspect all package contents upon delivery. Visual evidence may be required for incorrect or defective items.
  • Process: Request an RMA number and provide your name, shipping address, telephone number, original order/invoice number, and explanation of the issue. Attach pictures of incorrect or defective items if applicable.
  • Warranty Returns: Items reported defective outside of the 90-day delivery window, but are still under warranty, must be sent back to Inspired LED for inspection, repair, and/or replacement.

Damaged Items


  • Notification: Contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery if items are damaged during shipment. Follow the same process as for defective items.
  • Visual Evidence for Claims: To file a claim with the shipping carrier, please provide the following images:
    1. The shipping label showing the “ship to” address and tracking number.
    2. The damaged box or envelope.
    3. The damaged products.
  • Process: Email orders@inspiredled.com the images listed above, your name, and the original order number. Once a claim has been filed with the shipping carrier, replacement items will be shipped out by Inspired LED.

Warranty


Inspired LED warrants its products against defects and ensures performance as specified for the following periods:

Warranty Details


  • Warranty Period: Begins on the original shipment date. Replacement products maintain the original product’s warranty period.
  • Inspection: Inspired LED reserves the right to inspect installation sites and test products to determine the cause of failure and warranty coverage.
  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover:
    • Products without the original order/invoice number.
    • Malfunction from operation at more than the rated voltage.
    • Damages from accidents, alterations, or misuse.
    • Improper selection, installation, or configuration of products.
    • Environmental damage (temperature, humidity, moisture).
    • Electrical power surges and spikes.
    • Damage from natural events (lightning, floods, etc.)
    • Use with unapproved components or systems.

Company Liability


Inspired LED is solely responsible for the repair and replacement of its products. We are not liable for costs related to materials purchased elsewhere, labor for repairs, or any expenses associated with troubleshooting or repairing the LED lighting system.
