Operations Assistant

Inspired LED, a premier lighting design and manufacturing company in Tempe, AZ is currently seeking applicants for an Operations Assistant, day shift schedule, Monday-Friday (20-30 hrs/wk).

Ideal candidates have a great work ethic, a willingness to learn new things every day, and are self-motivated to produce high quality work in a fun and fast paced environment. In this entry level role as Operations Assistant at Inspired LED, applicants don’t need related experience and can learn on the job!  In this role, you will learn receiving and associated QA functions, warehouse and inventory management,  and preparing large warehouse orders for shipment. You will also learn to produce some custom orders and stock inventory using solder irons and other tools.  Some highly repetitive assembly tasks may be required, as well as a widely varied tasks to learn and execute as needed. Ability to learn and retain information and processes (notes are fine, as needed!), and ability to maintain high productivity and thru-put is essential!  We will train the right individual(s) in the areas necessary to succeed in this position.  Will consider part-time or full-time availability for the ideal candidate(s), with solid Mon-Fri availability. This is a great entry-level position, with ability to grow in the future! Many employees of the company have been promoted within Operations, as well as into other roles in the company including marketing, sales, and design functions.

Purchasing & Planning  

We are currently accepting applications for a role in purchasing and planning! Responsibilities include assisting in developing a cycle count system, planning orders/reorders, monitoring and managing orders and vendor relationships.  Purchasing and planning experience desired, and/or experience with materials in a manufacturing environment is a plus!

Order Fulfillment Specialist (Customer Service)

Currently interviewing qualified individuals for customer service and order management. Answer phones, assist customers with orders, accept payments, processing orders to the factory floor, testing and shipping products to the customers!
